Refunds

Refunds will only be provided in the following circumstances:

  1. Shipment Not Sent: If the shipment has not been dispatched from Egypt, customers are eligible to request a full refund.

  2. Customs Interference: If the customs of the state or country execute or confiscate the product, customers are not entitled to claim compensation or request a refund.

Please note that refunds will not be issued under any other circumstances.

Responsibility for Food Condition

Avatarcom is not responsible for the condition of the food sent. As a food factory, we ensure proper preparation and packaging. However, once shipped, Avatarcom is no longer liable for any damage or deterioration that may occur during transit.

Process

Once a refund request is received and processed, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and credited to your original method of payment.
